He is licensed in Florida, Louisiana, New York, and Texas, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and multiple federal district courts, including the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, corporate governance, real estate matters, technology and SaaS agreements, healthcare-related issues, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex commercial contracts.
